Our Mission

Our mission is to help commercial and multi-family residential Con Edison customers save energy and money through the Con Edison rebate incentive programs. We work hard in educating property and business owners about current incentives that are available to them.

We have been perfecting our skills for over 25 years and are dedicated to giving our clients the absolute best in energy saving services.

Our president and owner, Anthony Izzo, is a Master Licensed Electrician with more than 30 years’ experience in the industry. His skills in designing, managing and building electrical projects has earned the company recognition and a valuable reputation in the energy efficient community.

How it Works

When contacting Tri-State Energy Efficient, we will first discuss your energy efficiency goals, budget and any concerns or questions you may have. We will follow up with a FREE on-site energy efficient survey of your property (with commitment required) by an experienced energy advisor. Once the survey is complete, we will provide you with a detailed proposal on the job cost and how much Con Edison will contribute. We will also provide you with an annual summary of cost savings based on your lighting hours.

If you are pleased with the proposal, we will provide you with the appropriate paperwork to be completed. Con Edison will then come out and perform a pre inspection before approving the work that is to be done.

After the work is performed, a post-inspection will be managed by Con Edison.

Savings will start immediately after job completion. The upgrades pay for themselves over time with the energy you save. Some projects pay back within 6 months.
